Payment is accepted through debit card or check. A deposit of 50% is required prior to shipments balance is to be paid via electronic debit upon delivery and is based upon the actual weight that is stated on the invoice. FREIGHT CHARGES Freight charges are the sole responsibility of the client unless stated other wise. Trucking arrangements are usually provided by us. We shop several dependable trucking companies and use the most competitive price. However, should you desire, your own arrangements may be made. The cost of Freight is discussed and agreed upon prior to delivery .All freight will be paid in full to the freight company before the product is unloaded. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS Goods accepted by the carrier in good order shall be considered delivered to buyer, if merchandise is damaged, claim should be filed with the delivering carrier. The shipper's responsibility terminates upon delivery of the goods to the buyer and a reception of a clear, signed delivery ticket. Therefore, merchandise should be inspected for damage or shortage upon delivery. If damage or shortage is found: 1) Note the damage or shortage on the freight bill. 2) File a claim immediately with the carrier. Freight lines require notification of damage within 10 days of delivery, if, for some reason, you are unable to inspect the merchandise immediately, note on the freight bill, "accepted subject to hidden or concealed damage." In no case will any adjustment be made for shortage or damage NOT reported in the specified time period. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES No changes or cancellations can be accepted after the order has been put into production. All cancellations are subject to a 25% charge. If it is imperative that a change be made, please check with our office to verify production status. RETURNS Merchandise returned without written consent will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense |
